Exchanges are accepted within three (3) days of purchase.
E-bikes, E-scooters, and E-motos must be unused, unaltered and in original purchase condition to be eligible for exchange. Exchanges will only be made for equal or greater value E-bikes, E-scooter, and E-motos. If an exchange is made for a greater value E-bike, E-scooter, or e-moto, the customer will pay the difference. If the unit(s) has been used or is no longer in its original purchased condition, it will be deemed "USED" and a restocking fee of 15% will be imposed.
Accessories must be unused, unaltered and in original purchase condition to be eligible for exchange.
